Shipping Policy

All orders must be shipped to the credit card’s billing address.

If the order must be sent to a P.O. Box, APO, or is a gift, still submit your order as is to the billing address.
Once you confirm your order, you will receive an order confirmation number. Immediately email service@musicalapparel.com and provide this order confirmation along with an alternative address.

*PLEASE NOTE*: Signatures will be required for delivery for first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses.

Shipping Methods and Guidelines

Orders are shipped via USPS with order tracking. After you input your billing information on the checkout screen and click “Review and Continue” you are provided the following options for shipping:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
1. Standard Shipping: 3-5 Days
2. Priority: 2-3 Days
3. Express: 1 Day

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard International (Mexico and Canada Only): 7-14 Days
Global Priority (All Countries): 6-10 Days

Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable. Weekends do not count as a business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please view the drop-down menu in the cart to verify if your country is eligible for international shipping.

Do I have to pay custom’s duties or taxes?

International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Musical Apparel. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges your country imposes on you.
