WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We will gladly offer your money back for misprinted/damaged/defective items returned no later than 3 weeks after the delivery date as long as the item(s) are returned in the same condition as when you received them.
• All items must be unused and include any original packaging
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise with some form of order tracking. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Due to our products now being created to order, we currently DO NOT accept exchanges.
