WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We will gladly offer your money back or an exchange for items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date as long as the item(s) are returned in the same condition as when you received them.
• All items must be unused and include any original packaging
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
Incorrect or Defective Merchandise: Contact customer service if you received an item that is defective or different than what you ordered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise with some form of order tracking. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
1. Circle the item that is being returned for an exchange on the enclosed packing slip.
2. On the back of the packing slip indicate the reason for the exchange and what item, size, & color you would like shipped back to you for your exchange.
3. Pack merchandise securely with original packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address, phone number, and order number.
